NNRF, Inc. Secures Exclusive North American Commercialization Option for Zeolite Australia's Environmental Technologies

· Issued by Nnrf, Inc. via OTC Markets
RENO, NV — August 5, 2026 — NNRF, Inc. (OTC: NNRI) today announced that it has
entered into an Exclusive Option and Strategic Partnership Agreement with Zeolite
Australia Pty Ltd., providing NNRF with the exclusive option to acquire
commercialization rights for Zeolite Australia's proprietary environmental technologies
throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The technology platform utilizes advanced Australian zeolite to address multiple
environmental and agricultural challenges, including:
  • Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) optimization through enhanced anaerobic
    digestion
  • Municipal, industrial, and agricultural water treatment
  • Phosphorus, ammonia, and nitrogen management
Unlike many environmental technologies designed to solve a single problem, NNRF
believes these technologies have the potential to address several environmental
challenges through one integrated platform, creating commercialization opportunities
across agricultural, municipal, and industrial markets.

The agreement provides NNRF with an initial 90-day exclusive option period, with the
opportunity for an additional 90-day extension upon achieving defined
commercialization milestones. During this period, the Company intends to advance
technical evaluations, strategic partnerships, manufacturing planning, pilot projects, and
funding initiatives supporting commercialization.

A primary objective during the option period is identifying a strategic manufacturing and
distribution location within California's agricultural corridor. To support that effort, NNRF
has initiated discussions with county and municipal economic development
organizations regarding potential sites, infrastructure, and available economic
development incentives.

The Company believes establishing an appropriate manufacturing location will provide
the foundation for pursuing grant funding opportunities, developing pilot projects with
dairy farm anaerobic digester operators, and building the manufacturing infrastructure
necessary for long-term commercial deployment.

Upon securing qualifying commercialization funding, the parties intend to execute a
definitive Exclusive License Agreement. Upon execution, NNRF would issue
100,000,000 restricted shares of common stock to Zeolite Australia, and Zeolite
Australia would designate a representative for appointment to NNRF's Board of
Directors, subject to applicable legal requirements and Board approval.

The contemplated license would grant NNRF exclusive North American rights to import
raw materials, manufacture products utilizing the licensed technology, distribute
products, and grant sublicenses throughout the territory. The parties also intend to
negotiate a long-term Master Supply Agreement to provide a reliable supply of premium
Australian zeolite supporting future manufacturing and commercialization activities.

Tomi Holden, Chief Executive Officer of NNRF, Inc., commented:
"For NNRF, this agreement is about more than a single technology. It represents the
beginning of a strategy to identify, commercialize, and scale innovative environmental
solutions that solve real-world challenges across North America.  Zeolite Australia's
technology provides an exceptional foundation because of its potential to serve multiple
environmental and agricultural markets. Our focus now is simple: execute our
commercialization plan, build the right partnerships, and create the infrastructure
necessary to move these technologies from innovation to real-world deployment.
We believe this step-by-step approach creates a strong foundation for long-term
growth while positioning NNRF to deliver innovative environmental solutions."
