This is with reference to our earlier announcement dated 12.06.2025 regarding appointment of Shri Ashish Chatterjee (DIN - 07688473), AS & FA, Ministry of Steel, Government of India, as Government Director on the Board of Directors of NMDC Limited in terms of MoS Order No. S-14011/1/2022-BLA dated 11.06.2025.

It is now informed that Ministry of Steel, Government of India vide Office Memorandum No. S-14011/1/2022-BLA dated 27.08.2026 has communicated that Shri Ashish Chatterjee (DIN-07688473) has ceased to be the Government Nominee Director on the Board of NMDC Limited

w.e.f. the forenoon of 24.08.2026.
