With reference to the above, this is to inform that Shri Pravin Shekhar, ACS - 58775, who was appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 1 st September 2024 has, vide letter dated 30.07.2026, tendered his resignation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company in view of organizational changes and consequent posting in Finance Department at NMDC Limited. The said letter of resignation is enclosed herewith at Annexure I . It is further submitted that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 30.07.2026 inter-alia has approved the appointment of Shri Aniket Kulshreshtha, FCS - 7795 , as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of NMDC Limited with immediate effect.
