Sub: Change in Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Ref: Regulations 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.With reference to the above, this is to inform that Shri Pravin Shekhar, ACS - 58775, who was appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 1st September 2024 has, vide letter dated 30.07.2026, tendered his resignation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company in view of organizational changes and consequent posting in Finance Department at NMDC Limited. The said letter of resignation is enclosed herewith at Annexure I.
It is further submitted that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 30.07.2026 inter-alia has approved the appointment of Shri Aniket Kulshreshtha, FCS - 7795, as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of NMDC Limited with immediate effect. The requisite details with respect to the above changes as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are provided in the Annexure II to this letter.
