NIS Holdings Corp. (OTC: ERNI), parent company of Earn IQ Inc., announced today that effective June 25, 2013, the Company's common shares will commence trading on the OTC Markets under the new trading symbol "ERNI" (OTC: ERNI). The previous trading symbol was "NISC".
Outstanding stock certificates representing shares of the Company?s common stock will not be affected by the ticker symbol change and will not need to be exchanged.
"As Earn IQ brand equity is growing and the Earn IQ rewards program has gained significant recognition among consumers over the last months in New York, we felt the need to align our ticker symbol more closely with our main brand. Furthermore, NIS Holdings will seek shareholder approval to change its name to also better align with the Earn IQ brand and name", stated Nikolaos Mangas, President and Treasurer of NIS Holdings.
