NIPRO CORPORATION is pleased to announce that one of its consolidated subsidiaries, H&S Technical Services, Inc. (Head office: Arizona, USA), changed its trade name to NIPRO TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS INC. on August 26, 2024.

Nipro Medical Corporation (Head office: Florida, USA; CEO: Akira Shimizu), which is responsible for NIPRO operations in North America, integrated its operations related to the sale and implementation of dialysis machines into NIPRO TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS INC. activities in conjunction with this trade name change. NIPRO TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS INC. will be managed as a NIPRO-brand company providing comprehensive solutions through the development, manufacturing, sales, technical service, and maintenance of cutting-edge medical devices in North America.

Under this new trade name, NIPRO will continue to provide technical solutions serving healthcare community with addressing unmet needs through cutting edge technical solution and excellence of technical services while also further expanding the company's business activities.
