Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. (the Company) is pleased to announce that at a meeting held on February 27, 2025, its Board of Directors made a preliminarily decision regarding changes in Representative Directors and other officers, based on a report from the Personnel & Remuneration Advisory Committee.
The changes will be formally approved at the 101st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in late June 2025, and at a meeting of the Board of Directors that will be held after the close of the General Meeting.
