As per permission obtained from Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan vide letter no. EMD/233/502/2002-4668 dated February 1, 2005. The half yearly unaudited financial statements of the Nimir Resins Limited (the "Company") for the period ended December 31, 2025 will be available at Companys website http://www.nimir.com.pk/nrl/financial_reports.html on Saturday, February 28, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. The shareholders are informed to visit our said website for reviewing the half yearly report.
The Company will however, mail a printed copy of the half yearly report to its shareholders individually, on demand, at their registered address, free of cost, within one week of such demand.
