The third (3rd) quarter un-audited financial statements (report) of the Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (the "Company") for the period ended March 31, 2026 will be available at Company's website http://www.nimir.com.pk/nicl/financial_reports.html on Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. The shareholders are informed to visit our said website for reviewing the third quarter report.
The Company will however, mail a printed copy of the third quarter report to its shareholders individually, on demand, at their registered address, free of cost, within one week of such demand.
