Announcement of the exclusive supply and the initiation of distribution of crop protection products for fruit crops under BASF's trademark and BASF registration number

We are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with BASF Japan Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BASF") regarding the exclusive supply and the initiation of distribution of BASF's products for the fruit tree sector, as outlined below.

１． Purpose and Agreement Overview

Nihon Nohyaku and BASF have agreed to exclusive distribution the following fruit tree sector

products in Japan, leveraging our respective strengths to better meet growers' needs.

The products will be marketed under BASF's registered trademarks and registration numbers, with sales scheduled to begin on October 1, 2025.

We promote our business activities based on the basic philosophy of contributing to the realization of a sustainable society by ensuring a safe and steady food production, and by improving the quality of life for all. Under our Mid-Term Management Plan 'Growing Global for Sustainability (GGS),' we aim to lead industry restructuring to enhance corporate value.

By adding BASF's fruit tree sector products to our portfolio, we expect to achieve a top-tier market share in Japan's fruit tree crop protection segment, further strengthening our presence in the overall domestic crop protection market.
