Newmark : Arranges $163 Million Fannie Mae Financing for LaSalle Multifamily

About this update from Newmark Group, Inc.
July 20, 2026 9:00 AM Newmark announces the Company has arranged a $163 million loan on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management ("LaSalle") to refinance a portfolio of three multifamily properties secured through a Fannie Mae credit facility. Co-Head of Global Debt & Structured Finance Jordan Roeschlaub , Vice Chairman Christopher Kramer , Director Aaron Golesorkhi and Senior Associate Capri Van Gilder arranged the financing. The refinancing provides long-term, flexible financing for an 833-unit multifamily portfolio spanning three communities across Virginia, Oregon and Washington, D.C. The execution refinances LaSalle's existing cross-collateralized Fannie Mae credit facility while preserving the borrower's ability to accommodate future advances and collateral additions. The financing involved refinancing multiple existing fixed-rate facility tranches to a single 5-year variable-rate facility tranche designed to maximize borrower flexibility. The resulting execution provides long-term financing while maintaining conservative leverage and strong credit metrics. About LaSalle Investment Management Investing Today. For Tomorrow.
