April 27, 2026 9:00 AM Newmark announces the Company has arranged the $113.5 million sale of 4-6 and 28 Newbury Street, two luxury retail assets located in Boston, Massachusetts. The assets, which are respectively occupied by Chanel and Cartier, traded from ASG Equities to a joint venture between Acadia Realty Trust and Osiris Ventures. A Newmark team led by Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets Robert Griffin , along with Vice Chairman Geoffrey Millerd and Paul Penman , represented the seller and procured the buyer. "4-6 and 28 Newbury Street reflect the epitome of ultra-luxury 'High Street' retail," said Penman. "The assets are home to custom-designed flagships for timeless luxury brands and benefit from exceptional positioning along the coveted first block of Boston's iconic Newbury Street corridor." 4-6 Newbury Street is home to the only flagship Chanel boutique in Boston, totaling 10,328 square feet across a two-story retail condominium. 28 Newbury Street is home to the only Cartier boutique in New England, totaling 18,942 square feet across the entirety of the four-story building.
