Newmark : Appoints Industry Leader to Head Occupier Solutions in the UK

June 3, 2026 9:00 AM Newmark has strengthened its Occupier Solutions offering with the appointment of Stephen Wolfe as UK Head of Occupier Solutions. Working closely with Peter Trollope, Global Head of Occupier Solutions, Wolfe will be responsible for the full suite of Newmark's Occupier Solutions in the UK with a focus on strategic expansion and service delivery as client demand continues to grow. Wolfe joins Newmark with more than three decades of experience across property and advisory, specializing in strategic counsel to large corporate occupiers. He previously served on the UK Board and as Head of Commercial at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and earlier led the Occupier Solutions and Valuation business at Strutt & Parker. As a part of the Occupier Solutions service, James Southey , Partner, will lead Newmark's UK Enterprise Transaction Management offering and oversee the delivery of Newmark's full and multiservice UK account programme.
