Invitation to Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of New Sources Energy N.V.

Amsterdam, 14 May 2026 - New Sources Energy N.V. (New Sources or the Company) invites its shareholders to its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The AGM will be held on Friday 26 June 2026, starting at 14:00 am (CET), at the Pavillion of the Amsterdam Old Course, Zwarte Laantje 4, 1115 RR Amsterdam-Duivendrecht, the Netherlands.

Meeting documents

The agenda and the explanation of the agenda items, the 2025 Annual Report, including the 2025 annual accounts, the proposal to amend NSE's articles of association and other meeting documents will be available on New Sources Energy N.V.'s website: www.newsources.energy and on ABN AMRO Bank N.V.'s website: www.abnamro.com/evoting as of 14 May 2026. Copies of the meeting documents may be obtained free of charge by shareholders and other persons entitled to attend the meeting upon written request to email address: pr@newsources.energy, or to postal address: Apollolaan 151, 1077 AR Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The meeting documents will be available for inspection on appointment at the company's offices during office hours.

Issued shares and voting rights

The total number of issued common shares in the share capital of New Sources Energy N.V. is 162.730.097 and the total number of voting rights is 162.730.097. Shareholders may attend the AGM, participate in the discussions, exercise voting rights and ask questions on any agenda item if they hold shares in the share capital of NSE on the record date. The record date will be 29 May 2026.
