Due to an oversight, the notice states that only shareholders in the Company five business days prior to the general meeting, i.e. on 21 May 2026 (the "Record Date"), are entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting. The Company hereby announces that the correct Record Date is 20 May 2026, i.e. only shareholders in the Company five business days prior to the general meeting (20 May 2026) are entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting.
