?As the merger progresses successfully, an additional Card Tech member will join T-Bay Holding?s Board of Directors. Mr. Bernard Jean Masri has been nominated as the Public Relations Manager and Senior Advisor for Card Tech International.
Mr. Bernard Jean Masri started his career as a specialist in diamond and coloured precious stones, graduating from the International Gemologist Institute and the "Florence Ecole d'Art de Florence ? Scuola Arte Di Firenze".
Mr. Masri soon started his own jewellery boutique and workshop in Beirut, Lebanon.
Understanding the potential and the opportunities of the luxury market, Mr. Masri also started a business of import & export of diamonds between Anvers-Monaco and Montreal. During this time, he grew a strong interest for security measures and technologies to protect the business. Being on the constant look-out for innovative security measures, Mr. Masri met with Mr. Fabrizio Borracci, the founder of CardTech back in 2011. Following the meeting, Mr. Masri became a Card Tech partner, Advisor in International business matters and has since be part of the Management Team.
