Neo Infracon Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Intimation of the board meeting to be held on 4th August 2026 at 4 pm at registered office of the company to discuss and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for quarter ended 30th June 2026 and after the declaration of the result till 48 hours i.e from 1st July to 2026 to 6th August 2026 trading window will remain closed for share trading to the designated persons of the company.
