Neo Infracon Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To consider and approve the appointment of D. Satyaprakash & Co., LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused on account of inability to arrive at mutually acceptable fee structure by the resignation of the existing Statutory Auditor , subject to such approvals as may be required under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations.
