NCR (nigeria) Plc - notification of appointment of board chairman

This is to notify the investing public and Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) that the Board of Directors of NCR (Nigeria) PLC (the Company) held a meeting on Friday, 27 March 2026 and approved the appointment of Mr. Matthew Adefila as the Chairman of the Board, with effect from 27 March 2026.

Mr. Adefila is a highly experienced chartered accountant with over 30 years in the field. He rose within the ranks to become the Managing Director of Capital Trust Brokers, where he has served for decades.

Mr. Adefila is a graduate of the University of Lagos (1982), where he bagged a BSc (Hons) in accounting. After graduation, he worked with Balogun Badejo & Co. Chartered Accountants as a Senior Audit Manager/Senior Consultant before joining Capital Trust Brokers.
