Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI(LODR), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Ms. Shristi Paliwal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) vide letter date 20th Feb, 2025 informing her inability to continue due to some personal reasons and she will be relieved from her duties and responsibilities w.e.f closing of business hours on 28th of Feb, 2025.
