Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) reg.2015 and the Company code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in the companies securities shall remain closed w.e.f. from 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2024, for all the directors, KMP and other designated employees etc covered under the code.
