NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING
This is to notify the shareholders of Nascon Allied Industries Plc ("Nascon"), the Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Nascon will hold on 24th April 2025, to (among other items) consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended 31st March 2025 ("2025, Q1 UFS").
In view of this, Nascon's Closed Period which commenced on 1st April 2025, will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after its 2025 Q1 UFS have been published on the website of the NGX.
A Closed Period is applicable to all Nascon's insiders, which include all those who possess information that may affect Nascon's share price. Consequently, no insider nor their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of Nascon until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025, Q1 UFS through the Issuers' Portal of NGX and by extension, the general public.
