At the meeting o the Board of Directors held on 11.08.2026, the board approved (a) Payment of Remuneration to Mr. Nishank Sakariya, Non Executive Director as a Consultant from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027(b) Payment of consultancy fees to Mr. Narendra C Maher, Promoter from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027(c) Payment of consultancy fees to Mr. Narendra Sakariya, Promoter from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027(d) Reappointment of Ms. Kavita Patel as Independent Director for a further period of 5 years from 27.12.2026 to 26.12.2031(e) Authorization to make investment, loans and guarantees beyond limits u/s 186 of Companies Act 2013 up to a sum of Rs. 50 crores
