Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, please be informed that the board of directors at it meeting held on 05.08.2026 has approved the proposal to enter into LLP Agreements with (a) M/s. Solidus Developers LLP and (b) M/s. Sugal Earthen Spaces Developers LLP and to invest a sum not exceeding Rs. 3.75 crores in each of the LLPs within the limits prescribed u/s. 186 of the Companies Act 2013. The details required u/r 30 of SEBI LODR regulations are annexed herewith
