To cooperate with the local government's anti-pandemic policy, factory of
Shanghai Namchow Food Co., Ltd. has implemented 48-hour closed-loop
management for nucleic acid testing and will temporarily suspend work from
now on. Follow-up in cooperation with the relevant regulations of the
local government.

(1)The company has transferred the production capacity to other production
factories and supply chains to ensure normal supply of products, so
