5.Cause of occurrence:
The Company announced on March 16, 2022, that the subsidiary Shanghai
Namchow Food Co., Ltd.'s Jinshan Plant 1 would implement 48-hour
closed-loop management for plant-wide nucleic acid testing in cooperation
with the local government's anti-pandemic policy, so it would suspend work
temporarily from March 16, 2022. With the negative test results of all
employees at the plant, the local government has approved the resumption of
the plant's production activities from today.
