(hereinafter the «Company»), with reference to a Hellenic Capital Market Commission letter with protocol number 1412/29.06.2026, informs the investment community on the following: With regard to electronic media press releases for alleged discussions at advanced state with the Aktor Group concerning the second Greek LNG storage and regasification terminal (FSRU) of the Company's 100% subsidiary under the legal name DIORYGA GAS SINGLE MEMBER S.A., it is clarified that given the engagement in the natural gas sector both at parent Company and Group level, potential collaboration prospects with business groups, including Aktor, are examined continuously in the context of the Group's strategy associated with the natural gas market.
