| PRESS RELEASE The General Meeting of MONETA Money Bank approved a dividend payment of CZK 11.5 per share Prague, 21 April 2026 The General Meeting of MONETA Money Bank, a.s. ("the Bank") approved the payment of a dividend in the total amount of CZK 5.9 billion, corresponding to CZK 11.5 per share. Shareholders also approved all other items on the agenda. The dividend of CZK 11.5 per share will be paid from the Bank's 2025 net profit. Shareholders registered in the Central Securities Depository as at the record date of 27 April 2026 will be entitled to receive the dividend. The dividend will be paid by bank transfer on 15 May 2026. Following the dividend payment, the Bank will continue to meet all capital requirements in line with applicable laws and ČNB recommendations. The General Meeting further approved the Bank's individual and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders also resolved on the amendment to the remuneration policy of members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee and approved the 2025 Remuneration Report of members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. At the General Meeting, shareholders were also presented with the reports of the Management Board on the Bank's business activities and assets, the report and statement of the Supervisory Board, as well as the report of the Audit Committee on its activities.
