Regulatory Disclosure PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF MANDATORY INFORMATION 24 April 2025 11:50 PM MONETA Money Bank, a.s. announces that the General Meeting approved the proposal of the Management Board for the distribution of 2024 net profit The General Meeting of MONETA Money Bank, a.s. ("Bank") held on 24 April 2025 approved the Management Board's proposal for the distribution of the net profit for 2024 in the total amount of CZK 6,390,863,561.51 to the Bank's shareholders as follows: CZK 5,110,000,000.00 to be distributed as dividend in the amount of CZK 10 per share, and CZK 1,280,863,561.51 to be transferred to the Bank's retained earnings account from previous years. The record date for shareholders to be eligible to receive the dividend is 30 April 2025 . Only shareholders listed in the extract from the registry of book-entry shares of the Bank (ISIN: CZ0008040318) maintained by the Czech Central Securities Depository ("CSD Registry") as at the stated record date will be entitled to receive the dividend. The dividend will be payable on 21 May 2025 and will be paid in Czech crowns through Komerční banka, a.s. as paying agent, to shareholder's bank account listed in the CSD Registry.
