("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following: In line with the company's announcement on 28 August 2026, MOL New Europe Foundation transferred 42,977,996 pieces of "A" series MOL ordinary shares to MOL as well as MOL Investment Kft. (a wholly owned subsidiary of MOL) on 31 August 2026. Following this transaction MOL directly and indirectly owns 59,940,753 "A" series and 578 "C" series MOL ordinary shares.
