("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following: In connection with the capital markets announcement made on 10 September on the update of its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme) MOL has mandated Citi, Erste Group, ING and UniCredit as Global Coordinators and together with Bank Pekao, OTP Bank, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo and Raiffeisen Bank International as Joint Bookrunners to organize a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on Monday, 14 September. A Reg S only 5-year senior unsecured €500m (WNG) offering in registered form under the Programme may follow, subject to market conditions.
