MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following: MOL, as an issuer, signed the documents relating to the PLN 850 million senior unsecured bond with floating interest rate. The transaction was completed with the conditions announced on 30 June 2026: amount: PLN 850.000.000 maturity: 5 years interest rate: 6M WIBOR + 145 bps. The settlement will take place on 8 July 2026. The bonds are expected to be introduced to trading on the ATS Catalyst market organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
