("MOL") hereby notifies the capital markets of the following: Based on the ongoing lost opportunity assessment of the fire incident affecting the Danube Refinery's AV3 crude distillation unit in October 2025, the consortium of insurers has issued an official admission of liability document. As part of the loss adjusting process's first milestone, MOL expects to receive USD 100 million as a first interim payment in July 2026. MOL continues to expect that the reparation works will be finished and the Danube refinery will return to full capacity in the end of the third quarter of 2026. The AV3 crude distillation unit is a key production asset of the Danube Refinery, and its outage has significantly constrained refinery operations since the incident.
