PISCATAWAY, NJ, February 25, 2015/GLOBE NEWSWIRE/ - Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc. (OTCPink: MBHC) stated that it appreciates the excitement surrounding release of its Android-version of the Whirld app through the Google Play Store. However, the Company wants to remind the public that its current version of the app is strictly reserved for invited beta testers only and will not operate without a special passcode. The public version of the app is slated for release at the end of March 2015.

“Anticipation for the release of the Whirld app is fairly high. We believe the many unauthorized attempts to download the app before its official public release reflect the eagerness of the market to adopt our live-streaming video technology,” stated Kenneth Bland, the Company’s CEO. “But in order to deliver the best app possible to the public, we must continue our beta testing. We appreciate the public’s patience.”

The Company also wants to take this opportunity to dispel market rumors that it was actively selling shares into the market. The Company hasn’t been selling shares into the market or doesn’t possess any such shares to do so. The Company acknowledges that it has received information from a few disgruntled investors about perceived short selling of its stock, but believes this market situation should soon resolve itself.

“Management remains focused on handling the daily issues that are relevant to meeting our tight deadlines for the public launch of our Android and iOS versions of the Whirld app,” stated Mr. Bland.

Supported by a 4G LTE and Wi-Fi telecommunications platform, the Company’s live-streaming video app is expected to be available to the general public by the end of the 2015 first quarter.
