MLP Group continues to expand its portfolio of modern logistics parks across Poland. The Group has launched the development of the new MLP Bieruń West project, located in Upper Silesia near Tychy. The first phase includes the construction of a warehouse facility offering 29,000 sqm of space. Ultimately, the park will deliver approximately 56,000 sqm of modern warehouse and light industrial space. The first building is scheduled for completion and handover in October this year. MLP Group has commenced the development of the new MLP Bieruń West logistics park on a speculative basis, meaning that construction has started without any pre-signed lease agreements. This reflects the investor's strong confidence in the region's potential and the growing demand for high-quality warehouse and light industrial space in Upper Silesia. As part of the first phase, a modern facility offering 29,000 sqm of space is currently under construction. The general contractor for the project is BIN Biuro Inżynierskie. Construction works are scheduled for completion, with the building to be handed over to tenants in October this year -The launch of construction works for MLP Bieruń West represents another significant milestone in the implementation of our growth strategy focused on Poland's most attractive logistics regions.
