Mitsui : Revision of Operating Segments toward the Realization of the Medium-term Management Plan

Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Kenichi Hori) will make changes to its operating segments effective April 1, 2026. Under this revision, the Digital & Infrastructure Solutions Segment and the Mobility Segment will be integrated into a single segment. The segment will be called the Mobility, Digital & Infrastructure Segment, in line with the organizational restructuring previously announced on January 15, 2026. This revision forms a part of our efforts to strengthen the organizational structure for the realization and execution of the Medium-term Management Plan 2029, announced on May 1, 2026, and is therefore being disclosed concurrently with the announcement of the Plan.
