Revenue increased 11.6% overall thanks to higher revenue in the Logistics Segment and Real Estate Segment
Operating Profit Operating income increased by 7.2% overall, reflecting a decrease in the Logistics Segment coupled
with an increase in the Real Estate Segment
Ordinary Profit Ordinary profit declined by 23.6% due to the recording of an equity-method investment loss by ITL
Profit Attributable to Owners of Parent
Profit attributable to owners of parent increased 14.7%, primarily due to a gain on disposal of non-current assets and gain on sale of investment securities under extraordinary income

Segment Information Revenue
Logistics Business Warehousing and Distribution Business:
Revenue increased by 2.0% thanks to contributions from Cavalier over the full year, along with increased handling of pharmaceuticals and food
Land Transportation Business: Revenue jumped 7.2% from increased handling of electrical equipment and pharmaceuticals
Harbor Transportation Business: Revenue fell 4.1% in connection with reduced container cargo freight handled
International transportation business:
Revenue jumped 23.6%, in part due to Cavalier contributing to results over the full year
Segment revenue improved 9.3%
Real Estate Business Real Estate Leasing Business: Revenue increased by 3.1% with new
facilities including Shibaura Dia Building and Kobe Suma Sea World enter service
Others:
Increased revenue from the sale of real estate (condominium sales)
