Notice is hereby given that an Emergent meeting of the Board of Directors of Mitchells Fruit Farms Limited (the "Company") will be held on April 16th, 2026, at 10:30 am, at Lahore to transact the following business:
1. To consider the allocation of unsubscribed right shares, approve the allotment of right shares as per section 83(1)(a)(iv) of the Companies Act, 201 7.
The Company has declared the closed period from April 15th, 2026 to April 15th, 2026 in accordance with Rule 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. In view of the foregoing, no Director, Chief Executive Officer, or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.

Subject: Right Shares Subscription Status - Mitchells Fruit Farms Limited
This is with reference to the Pakistan Stock Exchange's (the "Exchange") procedure for issue of Right Shares. In this regard, the Bankers to the Issue and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited have reported receipt of subscription amount of PKR 397,844,460/- as of the last date of subscription i.e. April 09, 2026, against an issue of PKR 500,000,040/-. The details of subscription received are as follows:
