India's Mindspace Business Parks REIT NSE:MINDSPACE.RR plans to raise 5.60 billion rupees ($61.2 million) by selling bonds maturing in three years, three bankers said on Monday.
The company will pay a coupon of 6.96% payable quarterly and had invited commitment bids from bankers and investors for the issue earlier on the day, they said.
The company did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
