India's Mindspace Business Parks REIT NSE:MINDSPACE.RR has accepted bids worth 5 billion rupees ($52.83 million) for bonds maturing in 10 years, three bankers said on Wednesday.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 7.63% and had invited coupon and commitment bids from bankers and investors on Tuesday, they said.
The company did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
