We would like to inform that as per code of conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the company under SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015, Trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed w.e.f. 01st July, 2026 for all directors and designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be opened 48hrs after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.Kindly take note of the same.
