Summary on Results

Probe card

  • The probe card business achieved record-high performance for both the quarter and the full year.
  • Net sales of memory probe cards exceeded forecasts, partly due to increased production capacity at MEK in South Korea.
  • Non-memoryprobe cards saw expanded adoption for automotive semiconductors.
  • Segment income exceeded expectations due to the impact of the product mix.
