Summary on Results

Probe card

Memory probe cards continue high production operation rates due to a high level of orders.
Sales for both memory and non-memory products were lower than expected due to sales of some products being shifted to the fourth quarter.
Segment income were slightly below expectations, but profit margins exceeded expectations due to improved product mix.

Sales of semiconductor test sockets and FPD probe units fell short of expectations. Sales of inspection equipment, which were expected to be sold, were shifted to the next quarter or later.
Segment loss has been realized.
