Perez-Retuya, has resigned as the Compliance Officer/Assistant Corporate Secretary of MRSGI effective at the end of business hours of January 31, 2022 and the Board of Directors has accepted her resignation. Atty. Theresa Marie C. Puno-dela Peña has been elected/appointed by the Board of Directors of MRSGI as the new Compliance Officer/Assistant Corporate Secretary of MRSGI effective on February 1, 2022.
