We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Tuesday, June 03, 2025 at 03:30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at Lakson Square, Building No. 2, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi discussed and approved the disposing off Plant and Machinery (Flexible Unit) of the Company and Goodwill located at 17-B, Sector 29, Korangi Industrial Township, Karachi to an independent third party.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 03:30

p.m. at Karachi.

The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from June 20, 2025 to June 27, 2025. Transfers received in order by the Shares Registrar of the Company, Mls. FAMCO Shares Registration Services (Private) Limited, 8-F, Near Hotel Faran, Nursery, Block-6, P.E.C.H.S., Shahra-e-Faisa1, Karachi upto the close of business on June 19, 2025 will be treated in time for the purpose of attending the EOGM.

The Extract of the Resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company attached as per Annexure "A".
