Right to ask questions Each shareholder has the right to ask questions to the directors and/or auditor prior to the shareholders' meeting. Questions can be asked during the meeting or can be submitted in writing prior to the meeting. Written questions must be delivered to the company no later than May 6th, 2026 at 17h00 CET.

Timely asked written questions will be answered at the shareholders' meeting of May 12th, 2026, if:

  • the legal quorum is reached;

  • the question relates to the report of the board of directors, the report of the auditor or to an item

    on the agenda of the shareholders' meeting;

  • the communication of data or facts is not detrimental to the business interests of the company or to the confidentiality undertakings the company, its directors or auditor are bound by;

  • the shareholder that has asked a question is registered as a shareholder on the Registration Date of April 28th, 2026 at 24h00 CET and has notified the company no later than May 6th, 2026 at 17h00 CET that he/she wishes to attend the shareholders' meeting.

Orally asked questions during the shareholders' meeting will be answered under the same conditions.
