Trading Window closure notice given to BSE LTD. under SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 as per Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Insiders and designated persons and their relatives as amended, Trading Window will remain closed for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for all designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives from 01-07.2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30.06.2026.
