(Head office: Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido) has completed the acquisition of all shares of Cygni Holdings, Inc. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, "Cygni HD") as of January 30, 2026, as disclosed in the press release " Notice Regarding MP AGRO CO., LTD.'s Acquisition of All Shares of Cygni Holdings, Inc." dated October 9, 2025.

There are no plans to change the trade names of Cygni HD and its subsidiary Cygni Corporation (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo)

Furthermore, the impact of the share acquisition on our business performance for the current fiscal year is expected to be minor.
