In this notice capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the same meaning given to them under the Base Prospectus or the Final Terms (as the case may be). This notice is given pursuant to the Condition 4(f) ( Redemption at the option of the Issuer ) of the Terms and Conditions of the Italian Law Notes.
