Amendment to the 2026 Financial Calendar
The anonymous company under the name "AUTOMATED ANALYZERS-DIAGNOSTIC REAGENTS AND PRIVATE DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES MEDICON HELLAS S.A. (the "Company"), in the context of timely and proper information of the investing public and in accordance with article 4.1.1, paragraph 2 of the Euronext Athens exchange regulation and article 2 of Decision No. 25 of the Euronext Athens Markets Steering Committee, announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2026:
- Announcement of the Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2025 and publication of the Annual Financial Report 2025 on the Company's website (www.mediconsa.com) and on the Euronext Athens website (www.athexgroup.gr) will take place on Thursday, 30 April 2026, after the close of the Euronext Athens trading session.
- The Financial Results for the First Half of 2026 will be published on the websites of Euronext Athens (www.athexgroup.gr) and the Company (www.mediconsa.com) on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.
- The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders was held on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
- The Ex-Dividend Date was set for Monday, 13 July 2026. Shareholders entitled to the dividend for the 2025 financial year are those registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 (Record Date). Dividend payment will commence on Friday, 17 July 2026, and will be effected by Euronext Securities Athens through the Participants of the beneficiaries' securities accounts in the Dematerialized Securities System (banks and brokerage firms), in accordance with the applicable Operating Rules of Euronext Securities Athens and its relevant resolutions.
The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that it first informs the investing public in a timely manner by issuing an amendment to this announcement.
