Shareholders Communication Policy

(Adopted by MEDIALINK GROUP LIMITED (the "Company") pursuant to the board

resolution passed on 12 April 2019.

Amended pursuant to the board written resolution passed on 28 August 2020)

  1. PURPOSE
    MEDIALINK GROUP LIMITED (the "Company") is committed to maintaining effective and transparent communication with its shareholders ("Shareholders") and ensuring accurate, consistent and timely dissemination of information to Shareholders and potential investors.
  2. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
    The Company has established different channels of communication to ensure that all interested parties have equal access to corporate information in the public domain. Corporate communications which contain regulatory disclosures and notices of the Company, including but not limited to financial reports, results announcements, corporate announcements and circulars will be distributed in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirement applicable to the Company. The Company maintains a corporate website (www.medialink.com.hk) as a communication platform with Shareholders and investors, where information and update on the Company's business developments and operations and other information are available for public access.
    Shareholders are encouraged to participate in general meetings or to appoint proxies to attend and, on poll, vote at meetings for and on their behalf if they are unable to attend. The Chairman of general meetings will allow reasonable time for Shareholders to raise questions and comments.
    The Company observes a firm policy of not disclosing unpublished or potential price sensitive information including but not limited to sales and profit forecasts and aspects which could compromise the Company's competitive position in the market.
